Love this app. It is the absolute best! It is totally customizable and keeps track of things accurately.

Great app, easy data entry, but bit clunky at times trying to get around to find and implement some things (on iPhone), like to do a simple backup to Dropbox for example. Not always intuitive to find "the spot" need to be in the app to initiate a backup etc. (If used the app every day would certainly soon remember Im sure, but without consistent use its always a bit of an adventure finding things.) Eventually do manage to track it down but its always rather frustrating every time struggling through to remember exactly what page and what icon and/or what swipe up or down or sideways (or not) that needs to be tended to get you where you need to be, and then decipher (recall) once there which particular icon will do the deed for you. Backup works great once you find the spot to get you there, as does wifi/html access and computer file transfer/restore. Not sure what precise tweaks might make things easier in these regards, hopefully the very accomplished Devs will come up with something sweet. (For iPhone version perhaps little popup "hint texts" if you hold on an icon might help. iPad layout is much easier to get around of course so likely little needed there.) (Mind you, Im stuck on iOS 6 / 3GS and iPad 1 / iOS 5, so may not benefit should any new version addressing these issues require a still newer version of iOS than 5 or 6. And while on that note, transferring and restoring backups from one device to the other works seemlessly via html-wifi even with both devices running different versions of Capzule PHR, no problems at all reading data from different version. ...My devices cant direct wireless transfer to each other between the two different versions however as must have minimum iOS 6 on both devices.) Anyway, it really is a great app. Im sure Ive barely scratched the surface of its full capabilities.

This is a really great and comprehensive app. One thing though, it would be great if it could link to the Apple Health app.

You can manage almost every medical data for all the family. A few details need to be enhanced: .csv export for data/flux, flux and automonitor fields, notes catogories. Anyway, app fully deserves five stars.

Great App. Fixed most of the issues but for some reason the charts dont synch between devices. Update: latest update erased all records. Awful!!!!

I looked at 8 similar apps. This was the best one and I have deleted the other seven.

I have been using this app for 2 months now and love it! I am able to track drs visits, medication info, appointment notes and test results for the entire family all in one place! So convenient and easy to use! This is a fantastic app and highly recommend it for everyone but especially for busy moms!!

I looked at many apps of this type. This one is easy to use and has all the key features I was looking for. Especially I wanted to be able insert written lab reports which it does.

And Ive tried a bunch. Highly recommended.

I have used this app since my first iPad, including uploading years worth of data I had been keeping in a spreadsheet. I now have years of my blood tests, weight, BP, etc. I also use it to track and record all medical data, so that it is actually more complete than my physicians chart for me. In fact, I upload the Superbills from my doc visits and have JPGs from a shoulder surgery saved in the package. I cannot recommend it any more highly.

I have a dozen different doctors/specialists and this app helps me keep everyone and all appts and notes straight ! All my conditions vitals and meds in one place; I love it!

Strong medical records program. Wish it had some auto fill functionality, especially for meds. Bar code scan for prescriptions seems a bit silly (not sure that it will get me my scripts that way). Otherwise, nice to have all records in one place well organized.

Ive used this for about a year. I keep basic info but mainly use it keep history of blood glucose readings. It works without any problems. I recommend this app.

This app has transformed my life! I went from lugging around a heavy 3 ring binder to having it all stored away and organized in my ipad. I am so grateful for this product and cant believe how powerful it is. No problems thus far. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to consolidate their medical records.

Title says it all. I dont need it to do anything special, just record my BP and produce a report.

This is a good application. Something causes it to randomly beep, rather loudly. Not cool when you are attempting to discretely test your blood sugar and give yourself a shot. It also fails to open if data cant connect. At work I frequently have to set my phone to flight mode to open the app so I can record my blood sugar.
