This app although very good, it is not the easiest to navigate. Some sort of support or q&A would be helpful. For example getting your doctors info into the app is not intuitive.

This app is quite comprehensive and allows for tremendous customization for labs/studies. The detail it provides by trending is incredibly helpful to monitor response to treatments/interventions. It takes a little effort to set up the data format, but once in place is very easy to update and easier to track. The output is a mini chart that can be shared as needed, much like a portable medical record. Well done.

After downloading and paying for multiple medical records apps, this one by far is the most easy to use and flexible with nice interface. I could use my iPhones camera to take pictures of my radiological imaging/doctors note/test results/prescription, etc, to incorporate it into this data base. Love the fact that I could upload PDF or scanned files from my computer. Whats the greatest? The ability to see everything happened to me in a timeline plot. I can also manage my whole familys medical records as desired including my dog. I have not try the printing of my Summary Record yet but the preview of it looks great!!!! 5 stars for being impressed, and I rarely am impressed.

A little pricey for an app that doesnt pull HealthKit data.. But hey maybe one day?! Achem!

Ive been using Capzule for over 4 yrs, terrific up. Never an issue and always improving with every update. I take it to all my Drs appointments and they all appreciate having it on hand, walking steps, glucose reading, HR, weight and all meds and vitamins I take. Tried several, Capzule works.

Love this app. I have myself and my husband listed. Works great for doctor appointments. All Meds & past conditions are at your fingertips. Also included my pets & their vaccinations & vet appointments & procedures.

A bit of a learning curve but its ok. I wish that scanning the barcode of a prescription produces the details about the prescription without you having to type it in. I honestly dont know what the purpose of scanning the barcode does in this case...

The most comprehensive PMH app I have found. Works as advertised and support is excellent. Im not a medical professional, just want to keep up with my familys health conditions. Support staff is outstanding!

I have been waiting for such a long time for an app like this one....finally. I think its definitely worth the money.

I was using a free app and upgraded my iPhone and info didnt transfer over (my own fault). So I decided to see if this app would provide me more options. Basically it doesnt and is less intuitive and support as compared to the free app. It doesnt have a list of meds or conditions that you can select from so you have to enter everything manually. The only additional feature I have is the ability to scan/add lab results but once again its not intuitive. I would think a paid app would be easier/smoother to use and have better option.

I like the comprehensive aspect of this app and have so for years. I have grown very tired of not being able to synch the devices -- always verifying that all have Capzule open and all are on home wifi. This is especially important now that we have an infant. I will be looking for an app that synchs automatically as this one used to work in a random fashion and now not at all.

I searched for an EHR app that would maintain my data on my device, not stored on a server somewhere else (dear developers - hint - please do not change this functionality). I’ve actually been using this app for several years- three or four. I maintain the history of my appointments, lab work, vitals, and concerns I had for the providers for the various appointments, medication history…. This is the app you want if you are looking for a comprehensive way to maintain your personal health record. Because of this app, I can also ask more informed questions to my providers. Additionally, providers appreciate the information I’m able to provide as a result of the historical information I can provide for them. Yes, I recommend this application.

The web page for this app says it interfaces with HealthVault. If it does it is well hidden on how to use the two together. If they fixed that would be reasonable app.

There is one major problem with this app and that is the failure to protect your data properly. It doesnt sync over the cloud so its very difficult to keep it synced across devices. You pretty much have to just pick one and use that and then copy it over manually to other devices you want the data on. You then have to do MANUAL backups to make sure you dont lose any data. Well it had been a little while since I did one on these and today I went to open the app.... And my data is GONE!!! I guess since I have automatic updates on, a recent update was not compatible with the prior data format and wiped it out, who knows??? All I know is that its gone.... And I need to do what I should have long ago which is find a medical tracking app that uses iCloud as any decent app should.

This is the best PHR app out there but it is becoming incompatible with the new iPhone OS and soon we wont be able to use it anymore at all. Any possibility of a new app in the near future? If not, how about a recommendation for an app that is comparable?
